Navigate through our transformed corridors where the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day takes a dark turn. Witness firsthand the Leprechauns’ dark magic as they conjure illusions, manipulate objects, and transform into grotesque creatures. Experience rooms dripping with green, gold, and fear - but beware of trickster spirits waiting to test just how lucky you really are.

Step into a nightmare where you become part of the horror— there is no escape, only survival. You will enjoy private entry into the haunt and a personal escort by your very own psychotic doctor. You will gain exclusive access to the doctor’s office where your mental torture begins. Additional rules apply.

Museum of Horrors
Asylum 49’s Museum of Horrors showcases never-before-seen artifacts for fans of dark, haunted, and medical history. See equipment original to the haunted hospital, serial killer memorabilia, human bones, early 1900’s artifacts, and much more! This is a rare opportunity to visit the famous Asylum 49 Green Mile which is closed to visitors of the Asylum 49 Haunted Hospital.
